The Visioneer NetScan 4000 is a business oriented scanner. It is network enabled which means the scanner can be located in a common area away from a PC and accessed by users around the building.
It’s performance is great enough to support medium sized workgroups or offices, and it also offers secure multi-user access and administration through an easy to use web based control panel.
Another popular feature is the ‘scan to email’ function which allows users to scan a document and send it in a variety of formats (including pdf, jpg and tiff) directly from the scanner itself to multiple recipients or a distribution list.
Lastly the large 7 inch touch screen LCD color display shows clearly all the different operating modes and functions, allowing users to complete their scanning with only a few touches.
